Through our participation in the Springfield Empowerment Zone, we have partnered with support organizations and the state to provide high-quality, targeted education at our school. We aim to empower our administrators and teachers to strengthen and personalize education for each student. With more teacher professional development, longer school days, better use of data, and increased flexibility at the school-level, we are in an unprecedented position to improve our student outcomes. We have worked closely with our support partners to create a detailed school operational plan for the upcoming year to ensure that all of our students experience a high quality education.

The Springfield Empowerment Zone Partnership is an innovative partnership of the Springfield Public Schools , the Springfield Education Association and the Massachusetts Department of Elementary & Secondary Education.
